Terms of Sale

These terms cover work from Cowboy Creations in Granbury, Hood County, Texas, including Spout Splashguard stacks, name keychains, and custom prints. A custom request on this site is an invitation to quote, not a contract, until a price is confirmed in writing (email is writing) and that price is paid. Spout Splashguard checkout on this site forms a purchase when card payment completes through Stripe. These terms are not a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed contract if a job needs one.

How to reach the shop

Email orders@cowboycreations.shop or use the Contact page. There is no walk-in storefront and no guaranteed same-day reply, though quotes often go out the same day.

Quotes and payment

For custom prints and name keychains, the price that counts is the one in the quote email. Reply to that email to settle payment. Spout Splashguard stacks use the listed stack price plus shipping and applicable sales tax, all charged together in Stripe Checkout on this site. We do not store card numbers. Work starts after payment clears unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Shipping and pickup

Spout Splashguard orders ship to the address entered in Stripe Checkout. There is no pickup option for splashguard. Shipping method and tax are selected and paid in that same Checkout payment. They are not billed later by a separate email.

Name keychains and custom prints may be picked up in Granbury when a time is set, or mailed. Postage is shown before you pay that part. Risk of loss on a mailed job passes when the carrier has the package, except that we stay responsible if we used the wrong address we copied from you incorrectly.

Spout Splashguard product limits

Splashguard discs are a stop-gap cover for tub-spout stub-outs. They are not a full seal, not a guarantee of a watertight joint, and not a substitute for a code-listed seal or the spout itself. See the product page for SKU fit and install notes.

Your files and IP

If you send a file, photo, or sketch, you are telling us you have the right to have that thing made. You grant a limited license to use those materials only to quote, model, print, and support that job. We do not claim your design. We may keep shop records of the job. We will not relist your file as our product.

If we model a replacement for you, that model is for your job. We may reuse general know-how. We will not sell your named, one-off design as a stock listing without asking you.

Not professional engineering

Unless a quote says otherwise in writing, this is custom fabrication and replacement parts. It is not sealed professional engineering, not a load rating, and not a certified medical or safety device. If the part has to hold a person, a vehicle, or a regulated load, say so up front so we can decline or put the extra work in the quote.

Custom goods and defects

Made-to-order parts and name keychains are not returnable because you changed your mind, the color looks different on your screen, or the fit is wrong because the measurement or file you sent was wrong. If the print does not match what we agreed, or it failed in a way that is on our process, tell us within 14 days of delivery or pickup. We will reprint or refund that job at our choice. That is the exclusive remedy for a defective job, to the extent Texas law allows. Texas law on deceptive trade practices still applies to something we actually misrepresent.

Timing

Lead time is an estimate. It is not a guarantee unless the quote or confirmation names a date and calls it a deadline.

Accounts

Customer accounts are invite-only. Keep your password to yourself. If you lose it, use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We may close an account that is being abused or used to probe the shop.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Texas law allows, liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for lost profits, downtime, or indirect damage. Some limits do not apply where the law does not let us disclaim them, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

Governing law

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is the state courts in Hood County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
